on July 11th, 2026, we put a very special group together to experiment with making a set of improvised ambient cumbia, son and merengue.
we played at Stretchmetal x Lake Effect Records' a great big lake show at the Belmont Rocks in Chicago. it was truly a magical summer day :)
the recording is nothing fancy, i just started a voice recording, threw my phone in the grass and hoped for the best.
